Frequently Asked Questions

Each time you describe a mod and the engine produces code, that counts as one generation against your monthly quota. Regenerating or refining an existing mod uses a generation too. Unused generations don't roll over month to month.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep your higher tier until then.

Yes — every plan, including the free Poisonous Potato tier, can generate both Java datapacks and Bedrock add-ons (.mcaddon) across all nine categories. Higher plans just give you more generations per month.
