Terms of Service

Mine Mod AI generates Minecraft datapacks and Bedrock add-ons from text descriptions. Generated files are assembled from verified templates, but you are responsible for reviewing and testing any mod before using it in a world you care about. Always back up your saves.

The service and everything it generates are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a generated mod will work flawlessly, be compatible with every version or other mods, or be free of issues. Use at your own risk.

• Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits or quotas.
• Don't use the service for unlawful purposes or to generate harmful content.
• Don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or other users.
• Don't publish creations whose names are abusive, infringing, or offensive.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Mods you generate are yours to use. By downloading a mod while signed in, you publish its name and category to the public gallery and grant us permission to display them there. You can request removal at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may only use Mine Mod AI with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and only they may purchase a subscription — a paid plan must be bought by someone legally able to enter a contract and who owns the payment method used. If you are a parent or guardian and a charge was made without your permission, contact us and we will cancel and refund it.

You also need your own legally obtained copy of Minecraft. We do not sell, bundle, or provide the game itself.

Free accounts include a generation allowance. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions priced in US dollars that raise that allowance; they renew automatically each month until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves your plan active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Full details — including the refund window — are on our refund policy page.

We may adjust free-tier limits to keep the service available and affordable. Any change to the price of a paid plan is notified in advance and never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Mine Mod AI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mine Mod AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or worlds, arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, particularly during the beta.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
