Privacy Policy

• Account details — your email, display name, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image.
• Usage data — the number of mods you generate each month (to enforce plan limits) and basic activity needed to run your account.
• Published creations — if you download a mod while signed in, its name and category may be published to the public gallery under your display name. Prompts and replies sent through signed-in chat are stored in your account conversation history and are not included in public gallery listings.
• Technical data — your IP address and request metadata, used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and debugging logs.

If you use signed-in chat, we store your prompts, the assistant's replies, and saved build details in conversations associated with your account so you can reopen them and continue a conversation. You can delete a conversation from your history; deleting it also deletes its messages.

The core creation engines run on our servers and generate supported outputs from validated settings and templates. Some optional server-side features, such as prompt rephrasing or image understanding, may send the text or image you submit for that feature to Groq for processing when that feature is enabled. If you choose an in-browser model, it runs on your device. Please don't include personal or sensitive information in prompts or images.

We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in. When Google Analytics is configured, it measures visits and page use and may use cookies or similar identifiers. It reports site activity to us; it does not tell us a visitor's name.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

AdSense ad serving is currently paused while the site is in review. If it is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to serve and measure ads. Google's advertising cookies may be used to show ads based on visits to this and other sites.

Before we enable personalized ads for visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we must use a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Paid subscribers are not shown AdSense ads.

• Supabase — database hosting (your account & creations).
• Vercel — application hosting and logs.
• Groq — optional server-side prompt and image processing when an enhanced feature is enabled.
• Google AdSense — ad serving is paused during site review; the cookies and identifiers used if ads are enabled are described above.
• Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions.
• Google — only if you choose Google sign-in.

We do not sell your personal data.

You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing us (below). Deleting your account removes your profile and any creations attributed to you.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and traffic is encrypted in transit. We keep account data for as long as your account is active. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Mine Mod AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
